Each code will give you access to one in-game cash shop item for both Fiesta and Secret of the Solstice. The codes will be redeemable once on a single character for each game and will only be available to the first 20 accounts. It varies, game to game; Indefinitely is most likely the answer if you're referring to your forum account.
