To all on Apoline, I will make FREE VIT3 and SHIELD3 scrolls if you supply the mats. Why you may ask, because I personally feel that its ridiculous to have to pay 10S + for the scrolls. I will only be able to make scrolls 2 days a week unfortunately though, but I will try to make myself more available soon. I have a full time job and its hard to make time to play. I will only make scrolls in stacks of 50s. Saturdays will be my main day to make scrolls. I will choose another day at a later time. PM in game or leave a message here about obtaining scrolls.

Materials Needed:

50 Stack of VIT3:
100 HQ Dogtooth
200 MQ Beast Leather
150 Crude Leather
50 Common Toadstools

50 Stack of SHIELD3:
50 HQ Dogtooth
200 MQ Summoned Beast Leather
150 Crude Leather
50 Common Toadstools

P.S. Just to gain credibility, please post positive feedback here if you use my service to alleviate any doubts.

Note: In order to deter people from using my service to benefit themselves by selling the scrolls I will only allow 50 of each scroll every two weeks for level 30 + characters.

I started to sell Vit Scrolls for 6.666 silver but they were gobbled up by resellers and sold for 10-12 silver. I raised my price to 7s but they are still gobbled up by resellers.

My guess is that you will do this service and find your free scrolls selling for 10-12s by the very same people that you are trying to give relief from the high prices. If you were doing it just for them to Grind with, do it in stacks of 10. If they were grinding maniacs 10 scrolls would still last them several days.

Time will tell.

Well, the market for them is very tough. The price for High Quality Beast Dogtooth, which the NPC buys for 200 has gone through the roof. It is a drop that doesn't happen often enough so the price gougers are paying up to 2 silver each for them so they can continue to overcharge for the scrolls. When I have enough of the ingredients I make them and sell them on the steps near storage in Elderine. I do not visit Urga very often yet so I don't know if they are available there.

If you see them for 10-12 silver, avoid paying that much. Maybe they will lower their prices if they don't sell them
